I graduated from Trocaire College with an A.A.S. in Massage Therapy and successfully completed the New York State licensing examination in 2001. My practice is grounded in a holistic approach to healthcare, and I believe massage therapy plays an essential role in today’s medical and wellness communities. During my training at Trocaire, I worked with a diverse group of patients in the college’s clinical setting, gaining hands‑on experience with a wide range of therapeutic modalities.
In addition to being a Licensed Massage Therapist, I have been practicing as a NYS Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant since 1994. My career in healthcare is driven by a lifelong desire to help others, and I strive to bring compassion, generosity, and enthusiasm to every patient interaction.
I believe deeply in the ability of massage therapy to ease pain and support the body’s natural healing processes through the power of touch. The one‑to‑one nature of massage creates a unique space where each person can reconnect with their own innate capacity for wellness. My goal is to provide a safe, nurturing environment that supports healing of the mind, body, and spirit.
